You’re Invited to the 1st HBSPA Meeting of the Year: Thursday, September 13th

All parents are invited and encouraged to attend our first HBSPA meeting of the year, which takes place Thursday, September 13th, from 8-9 am in the Teacher’s Lounge.  We have a lot to cover in this meeting including the topics that are listed below.  So please come out, meet the board, get to know other parents, find out what the HBSPA is all about and learn how you can get involved.  We will start with introductions and an overview of the goals and purpose of the HBSPA, get an update  from Dr. Lou, then move on to the business at hand — planning our activities for the year, determining our budget, and any other business.  You don’t need a formal role with the HBSPA to come to the meetings, learn what is happening, and speak your mind.  If you do want to get more involved, come next Thursday to learn about open positions and other ways to volunteer.  Pizza night and book fair are right around the corner and already recruiting volunteers to help make those events a success!
